Avoid switching whenever a task becomes uncomfortable. Constantly jumping between tabs, notes, and subjects fragments attention. Finish a planned block, record what still feels weak, then move on. A clear stopping point lets you change subjects deliberately instead of escaping the hard part.

Use testing to decide what to review next

Rereading can make material feel familiar without proving that you can produce it during an exam. Close the book and retrieve: answer practice questions, explain a concept aloud, sketch a process from memory, or solve a problem without looking at the worked example. Then check your answer and correct the gap.

When studying for multiple exams, keep a short error list for each subject. Write only the mistakes or facts that still need attention. This prevents your plan from expanding endlessly because you do not need to restudy everything every time. Your next session can begin with the most useful unfinished items.

Protect sleep and basic breaks, especially when exams are close together. A longer night of frantic studying can make the next day's concentration and recall worse. A steady plan should leave room for food, movement, and sleep because study time is only useful when your brain can actually work with it.
