We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use BrainSnail for learning and fun. Please don't misuse the service: no cheating the system, scraping, reverse-engineering, disrupting other learners, or using the app for anything unlawful.

You can play without an account. If you sign in, you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

BrainSnail may include virtual items (such as gems, hearts, and shells) and optional purchases or a Premium subscription. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change or expire. Purchases are handled by the app store and are subject to its refund rules.

Learning content is provided for general education. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee it. BrainSnail and its content, branding, and mascot are owned by us and protected by law.

BrainSnail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
