BrainSnail is made by a small independent studio, so mail goes to the people who actually build it. There is no ticket system and no phone queue, just one address.

What people usually write about
Any of these can go to the same address. The suggested subject line just helps us sort them.
A question or answer looks wrong
The most useful message you can send. Include the subject and unit, and the question wording if you have it. Corrections jump the queue, and the fix reaches the site and the app together because both read the same question bank.
Something is broken
A step will not load, progress vanished, a game type misbehaves. Tell us what you were doing, and whether you were on the website or the Android app. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Your data, or deleting your account
You can clear everything yourself from Profile, Settings, Reset progress. For full account deletion, or to ask what we hold, write to us and we will handle it by hand.
Subscriptions and purchases
Billing for BrainSnail Plus runs through Google Play, so refunds and cancellations go through your Play account. If something looks wrong on our side, tell us and we will look.
Advertising, press or partnerships
BrainSnail is an independent project, so these reach the person who builds it rather than a department. Say what you have in mind and we will answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
Before you write
A few things are answered faster by a page than by us. The support page covers how progress is saved, how to remove ads and how to restore a purchase. How we write questions explains where the content comes from and how corrections are handled. The privacy policy sets out what we store and why, and delete your data walks through removing it.
