Multiplication, times tables, division and sharing

Multiplication is repeated addition until it is not - and the shift from counting groups to knowing facts is what makes everything afterwards possible at reasonable speed.

The unit covers arrays and groups, the tables themselves, division as the inverse, sharing equally, and remainders - which are the first time a mathematical answer refuses to come out neatly.

Division is not commutative either. Six shared between two and two shared between six are different questions with different answers.
