The internet is infrastructure and the web is one thing built on top of it, and keeping the two separate makes almost everything else clearer.
The unit covers what the internet is, websites and browsers, searching, email and messaging, and what people actually do online.

Email is older than the web by two decades and does not run on it. Both use the internet, and neither is the internet.
How the unit is structured
The Internet runs as 23 short steps that unlock in order. 17 are practice rounds and 6 are challenge rounds that pull together everything before them. Questions start at difficulty 1 and climb to 5 as you progress.
